Agreement
By using AppInsightly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What AppInsightly Provides
AppInsightly is a native macOS app that provides quick access to your Azure Application Insights telemetry from the menu bar. The app connects to your Azure resources using credentials you provide and displays your data locally.
Your Account and Data
You are responsible for your Azure credentials and any actions taken through the app. AppInsightly accesses your Application Insights data on your behalf — we do not independently access, modify, or store your telemetry on our servers. Access may require administrator consent from your Azure AD tenant.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use AppInsightly in compliance with applicable laws and your Microsoft Azure terms of service. You may not use the app to violate any third-party rights or to interfere with any service.
Licensing
AppInsightly offers a free trial period per device. After the trial, a paid license is required to continue using the app. Licenses are per-device and managed through a third-party payment provider. If your license expires or is not renewed, the app will no longer be accessible until a valid license is activated. Refund and cancellation policies are governed by the payment provider's terms.
Intellectual Property
AppInsightly and its source code, design, and branding are the property of EdgeWyze LLC. Your license grants you the right to use the app, not to copy, modify, or distribute it.
Limitation of Liability
AppInsightly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or issues with your Azure resources. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
Termination
You may stop using AppInsightly at any time by uninstalling the app and deactivating your license. We may terminate your license if you violate these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms still apply. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and EdgeWyze LLC regarding AppInsightly. We may assign our rights under these terms; you may not assign yours without our consent.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy
Your use of AppInsightly is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
